When you clean your home with TIDY app, we’ll give you an estimate of the time it will take based on its size.

The minimum booking time is 2 hours; however, we suggest using the recommended time to ensure your Pro Cleaner can complete all of the tasks listed below. If you do decide to book for less, please let the Cleaner know what areas you want prioritized.

  1. Showers/bathtubs rinsed and wiped
  2. Toilets cleaned

  4. Sinks, faucets, and fixtures wiped
  5. Mirrors cleaned

Due to liability, safety, and other considerations, we do not offer the following:

  • Lifting items weighing over 25lbs (including large furniture)
  • Dusting and/or vacuuming of ceilings / windows / surfaces outside of normal reach
  • Cleaning outside of windows
  • Deep stain removal
  • Cleaning pet messes and/or heavily soiled areas
  • Landscaping and/or yard work
  • Cleaning of mold and/or biohazardous material
  • Garages and/or patios (aside from basic sweeping)
  • Steam cleaning
  • Extermination (insects, etc)
  • Carpet cleaning
