GENERAL

  • Please check the house for any new stains, scratches, marks, damage or missing items. Text photos and descriptions to X-X-X & X-X-X
  • Ensure all lost and found items are left inside the supply cabinet
  • Spot clean all walls where needed
  • Check points of contact for dirt and stickiness- door handles/ light fixtures/ knobs/ plugs etc
  • Check for missing towels in dirty linens- there should be about X bath towels and X beach towels per turnover

EXTERIOR

  • Clean the exterior of the Windows in rotation as needed (about once per month)
  • Clean front door and back door especially around door handles
  • Pick up any found garbage or debris in the yard and around perimeter or property
  • Change the foil on the drip pan with new foil and dispose of grease
  • Clean the grill inside and out (grill brush provided)- especially handles and tank knob where guests would touch to operate/ place the grill cover back on when done
  • Shake out couch & chair cushions and use a lint roller (provided) to remove hair and dust (wild cats like to hang out on them hence the lint rollers)
  • Spray and scrub cushions as needed (about once per month/ mold preventative spray and brush provided)
  • Windex the glass on the table and clean underneath
  • Sweep and mop patio

BEDROOM X, X, and X

  • Strip bedding (leave mattress protector unless soiled) IF SOILED- pull off and find replacement in closet/ place soiled protector in a clearly marked bag with the laundry
  • Make bed
  • Shake out rugs
  • Clean out closet- leave X blanket/ X towels/ push hangers together so they present neatly
  • Wipe down drawers where needed, side tables, dresser, TV
  • Check all lightbulbs for burn outs (replace as needed)
  • Windex Glass Surface such as windows and glass doors leading to the exterior patio (inside & out)
  • Vacuum & Mop and check under beds

BATHROOM X & X

  • Shake out and wipe down Bamboo Bathmat
  • Fill shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash/ hand soap to top
  • Clean shower walls, fixtures, and tub
  • Inform me if the shower curtains needs to be washed or the lining needs to be replaced X-X-X
  • Remove Garbage and replace bag (bags provided)
  • Remove Garbage and replace bag (bags provided)
  • Leave X bath towels on bar and one hand towel
  • Clean and disinfect toilet
  • Leave X toilet paper roll on the fixture and one under the sink
  • Vacuum & Mop

KITCHEN

  • Wipe down light fixture
  • Wash dishes
  • Wash microwave (inside & out)
  • Wash fridge (check temperature, make sure not building up with ice etc.)
  • Clean Oven (inside & out) and leave on clean mode if needed (if you do please let me know so I may air out the home before check-in/ don't do for same-day cleanings unless absolutely necessary)
  • Wipe down and organize spices
  • Dump crumbs from toaster and wipe it down/ put under the cabinet
  • Make sure coffee bin is at least half full (extras in supply closet as needed)
  • Leave sealed perishables/ you may take or discard anything that is opened
  • Take out garbage- BLUE BIN- recycling/ BLACK BIN- garbage (west side of home)
  • Clean and organize cabinets
  • Check for dirty pots & pans, silverware, dishes, cups, etc. that may have been put away dirty and wash if neccessary
  • Clean out coffee pot & coffee maker and put it under the cabinet with coffee bin
  • lean out drawers and organize utensils
  • Empty Dishwasher and wipe down
  • Fill dish and hand soap to top
  • Put new sponge in shell next to sink
  • Sweep and Mop floor

UNDER KITCHEN SINK

  • Clean out Garbage bins and put new bags inside/ leave bins under the sink

DINING ROOM

  • Leave following supplies from Supply Cabinet (lock code X)- Paper Towel roll/ Dishwasher pods/ Roll of Garbage Bags/ Windex/ All-purpose cleaner
  • Clean table and chairs
  • Wipe down light fixture

LIVING ROOM (INCLUDING ENTRYWAY WHERE APPLICABLE)

  • Sweep and Mop
  • Ensure remote for TV is in room and working. If not have batteries replaced from front desk
  • Dust all furniture, hard surfaces, and décor
  • Check all lightbulbs for burn outs (replace as needed)
  • Wash furniture where needed
